CLIFTON PARK — A Halfmoon man is facing charges for allegedly leaving the scene of a pedestrian crash early Saturday morning.

State Police charged Jesse M. Labrake, 45, with leaving the scene of a crash and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Police said Labrake hit a pedestrian with his 2008 Pontiac on Clifton Park Village Road.
