SAND LAKE — A Troy man is facing a slew of charges following a traffic stop on Monday night in the town of Sand Lake.
State Police said they pulled over 21-year-old Nicholas A. Teta III, of Troy, around 10 p.m. on Old South Road for equipment violations. Troopers said they found marijuana, an open container of alcohol and concentrated cannabis inside the vehicle.
