Two killed in Milton car-crash

MILTON — Two people were killed when a car collided with a tree and caught fire on Middle Line Road in Milton, Friday night.

State Police said they arrived on the scene, north of Geyser Road, to find the vehicle fully engulfed.

A portion of Middleline Road was closed late into the evening as police investigated the crash, but it has since reopened.

Due to the nature of the accident, identification of the victims is not immediately available and is pending a definitive autopsy.

Police would not give more information. However, the investigation is still ongoing.
