Woman busted for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a vehicle in Schodack
SCHODACK, NY — Earlier this month, police in Schodack busted a 47-year-old female for allegedly driving with a suspended license, sixteen times over.
On Tuesday, August 3, police stopped Cynthia Sutherland, of Nassau, NY for allegedly failing to stay right on East Schodack Road. Police said that “excessive smoke” was also coming from her exhaust system.
Police said that Sutherland’s license had 16 suspensions/revocations on it at the time of the stop. She was then arrested and processed at the Schodack Police Department for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the first degree
Sutherland is due in Town of Schodack court at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 13.
