“I’m excited and honored for this opportunity,” said Bisping. “It’s a great club with a great coach, and I think they’ve done a really good job of putting together a strong team. I feel very blessed to have had all the family, friends and people from Siena who have helped me along the way. Now it’s time to put in the work, hold up my end of the deal, and prove that I have the talent and work ethic to succeed at the next level.”
Bisping recently graduated as the only player in Siena Basketball history to eclipse both 1,500 points and 1,000 rebounds for his career, as he departs ranking 11th all-time in program history in scoring (1,528), and fourth in rebounding (1,024). He was heralded as the 2014 College Basketball Invitational MVP after leading Siena to the College’s first national postseason tournament championship, and was also one of just five players who were recently named to the CBI All-Time Team.
