Three injured in Schodack crash

SCHODACK — Three people were hospitalized with serious injuries Friday after a  tractor-trailer and car collided on Route 20. 

At around 5 p.m. a Chevrolet Cavalier turned left in front of an oncoming tractor-trailer at the intersection of Roue 20/Columbia Turnpike and Route 50, police told the Times Union. 

Police declined to identify the victims. All three were taken to Albany Medical Center. 

One victim was transported by helicopter, while the remaining two were taken via ambulances from Castleton Ambulance Corps.
