DUANESBURG — A Massachusetts man is facing charges for allegedly sexually abusing a child in the town of Duanesburg.
Richard Coburn, 77, of Merrimac, Mass. was arrested Thursday and charged with felony sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
State Police said they received a complaint on Jan. 29 alleging that Coburn had participated in the sexual abuse of a child inside a home in the town.
Coburn was arraigned in town court and remanded to the Schenectady County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail.
