Wolfe Road Marriott gets a fresh new look

COLONIE– The 31-year-old Marriott Hotel on Wolfe Road in Colonie has completed the first phase of a $15 million renovation project to update the 360-room facility.

“We look forward to upgrading and modernizing our guest experience to provide an even higher level of comfort,” Todd Reichelt, the hotel’s general manager, said in a statement to the Times Union.

Included in the renovations, which began in October 2016 are new room designs and the inclusion of a “modern decor” in the building’s public areas. Columbia Sussex, the Kentucky based corporation which owns the hotel hopes to have all of the upgrades complete by the upcoming fall.
