Ballston Spa, NY — A Wilton couple will spend 40 years in state prison after being sentenced Wednesday on charges involving multiple child sex assaults
Jeanne and Michael Mosher were charged with four counts of predatory sexual assault against a child, four counts of use of a child in a sexual performance, three counts of promoting a sexual performance by a child, and 41 counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child, as reported by the Times Union’s Robert Gavin.
Judge James Murphy III noted that a seasoned investigator called it the worst sexual abuse case he had seen in more than 30 years.
One victim called the Jones Road couple “monsters in this horror story” and asked, “How can you consider yourselves even remotely human?”
Their sentences are in the form of two consecutive 20-year terms each.
Saratoga ADA Jennifer Buckley prosecuted the case.
