Wednesday’s Section II girls basketball rundown

It was a busy night around the Section II girls basketball scene, here are the highlights:

Bishop Gibbons- 41, Schalmont- 38
Sarah Malinowski led the way for Gibbons with 13 points.

Schuylerville- 81, New Lebanon- 28
Amongst many others, Emily Vallee led the way for Schuylerville with 25 points.

Cohoes- 57, Mechanicville- 52
Riley Hansbury’s 21 points led the way for CHS, but Nerea Brajac came in a close second at 17 in the win.

Hoosic Falls- 52, Ravena- 34
Kelly Pine’s 25 points led the way for the Panthers in the win.

Ballston Spa- 65, Schenectady- 14
Jordan Hopewell led the way for B-Spa with 26 points.
