The South Troy Dodgers need your help

After capturing the AABC Northeastern Regionals title last weekend in Tuxedo, NY, members of the South Troy Dodgers 12u baseball team are headed to the World Series in Puerto Rico.

The team, made up of standout players from around the region, mercy ruled the Brooklyn Bonnies 13-3 after four days of play to reach the championships. They fly out on Monday and are seeking donations to offset the sky high cost of air travel.

As of 9:05 p.m. Saturday, the Dodgers were $11,685 short of the $15,000.00 necessary for the trip.
