COLONIE— A North Colonie Central School District teacher’s aide is facing charges for allegedly having sexual contact with a 5-year-old boy with special needs, Colonie police said.
Ryan M. Pellerin, 23, of Guilderland, turned himself in on charges of sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a vulnerable person Thursday.
