Averill Park- 75, South Glens Falls- 53

As chronicled by Sam Blum of the Troy Record, Saturday’s AP home opener was an emotional one. The team adorned warmup shirts in honor of deceased former teammate Ryan Bielawa. In storybook fashion, Noah Yearsley, a friend of Bielawa, lead all scoring with 25 points in the win for the Warriors.

Berne-Knox- 69, Doane Stuart- 34

Slade Pulliam lead all scoring with 25 points, pushing BKW past their Class D opponent.

Galway- 53, Rensselaer- 50

Thor White(17 points) and Tanner Williams(16 points) helped the Golden Eagles edge out Rensselaer in a non-conference showdown.
