COHOES — City police continue to investigate the activities that led to the shooting of a 19-year-old man Sunday in the area of Main and Congress Streets.
At around 3:15 p.m. a suspect, who police say they’ve identified, fired a single shot, hitting the victim.
The man was taken to Albany Medical Center, where he remains at this time.
Police are calling the shooting an “isolated incident”
