The East Division Semifinal matchup between the #3 seed Mohawk Valley DiamondDawgs and #2 seed Albany Dutchmen has been postponed due to unplayable field conditions and continued impending rain.
The game will be made up Tuesday night at Bob Bellizzi Field, as first pitch for the one-game playoff is set for 7:05.
