LeBron James will stay in Cleveland.

Cleveland — LeBron James has informed the Cleveland Cavaliers that he plans on staying, on an undecided contract. LeBron James led the Cavs to back-to-back NBA Finals appearances, and a championship ring. During the regular season James averaged 25.3 points per game on 35.6 minutes. He shot 52% from the field and 73% from the free-throw line. He also dished out 6.8 assists per game, and hauled in 7.4 rebounds per game. He led the Cavaliers to a 57-25 record, and the #1 seed in the Eastern Conference. In the NBA Finals he averaged 29.7 points, 11.3 rebounds, and 8.9 assists per game. After 4 games, LeBron and Cleveland found themselves trailing 3-1 in the series. To comeback and win a ring would be history, and history it was. The series went to 7 games, and Cleveland ultimately won. LeBron was named the 2015-16 NBA Finals MVP, and ended a 52-year drought without a professional championship ring. The future is looking bright, and with LeBron staying who knows what could happen. We are witnesses to greatness, and LeBron’s legacy will continue in his hometown for all to see.
