Fourteen Section II athletes achieve all-state honors

The National Soccer Coaches Association of America has released their 2016 all-state boys soccer teams. This year we had 14 players honored from Section II.

Large schools:

Shen sophomore midfielder Trevor Chung, second team.

Bethlehem senior forward Kevin Piccolino, second team.

Ballston Spa senior midfielder Schuyler Mann, second team.

Guilderland senior defender Tyler Landry, fourth team.

Shen senior forward David Benson, fourth team.

Bethlehem junior defender Douglas Taylor, fifth team.

Fort Ann’s Tyler Ward, first team.

Maple Hill’s Garrett Axtmann, second team.

Stillwater’s Brady Cepiel, third team.
